Professional Services provides Enterprise End User Technical Support, Enterprise Desktop as a Service (DTaaS) and Enterprise Website Services to our customers so they receive a professional, accurate and timely resolution to their requests.

Website Services provides professional website development to Government organizations in Kansas and supports web-based vendor written applications. The Enterprise Website Services team is directly responsible for the overall development, configuration and support of new and existing website and vendor written applications.
End User Support provides IT technical assistance and consulting for Government organizations in Kansas. Enterprise End User Technical Support is responsible for supporting the gateway for the user to access the server network and desktop systems. The technical team administers mission critical systems used by agencies such as the Governor’s Office, Department of Administration, Division of Budget, Office of Information Technology Services as well as smaller agencies that do not have their own IT staff.
Desktop as a Service (DTaaS) manages and provides general oversight of the device lease program. Oversight activities include, but not limited to the coordination of orders, responding to customer inquiries, supplier management and resolving program issues.
