The Executive Branch Information Technology (EBIT) service desk is a vitally important part of Technology Services. The EBIT Services Desk is the hub to the EBIT organization and is the single point of contact between the services being provided
by Executive Branch Agencies and their users. It handles incidents, escalates incidents, manages service requests, and answers questions.
