Information Technology Project Quarterly Reporting

Approved projects with significant business risk, as determined by the Kansas IT Business Risk Assessment, will be reported to the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) for the sponsoring agency's branch of state government. The reporting period is based on a quarterly cycle. In accordance with ITEC IT Policy 2400, project status reports should clearly and concisely indicate how the project is progressing, according to the approved plan on file with the KITO.

Quarterly project status report documents are to be submitted through the KITO Approval & Reporting System (KARS). Information about KARS is provided in the KARS Help Center.
